CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation/Deposite Policy - I require a minimum of 48 hour notice (2 days before your scheduled appointment) to cancel your appointment for deposit refund. Canceling appointment within 48 hours of your appointment will result in a full charge of deposit. Rescheduling an appointment must be made at least 48 hours prior to your appointment to ensure the transfer of your deposit to new appointment. Please contact me 48 hours prior if you need help rescheduling. In respect of other clients, please be on time to your appointment. Appointments will finish on time and no delays will be made. Deposit will also be lost if you are more than 20 minutes late and I can’t complete your appointment. Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours before the appointment time to avoid deposit charge. Please note all no shows will lose deposit. All services and products are final sale. If you are dissatisfied with a service you received, I am more than happy to provide you with the opportunity to return to salon for me to redo the service, as long you schedule the redo within 7 days of the original service date.
