CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Policy - I require a minimum of 72 hour notice (3 days before your scheduled appointment) to cancel your appointment for deposit refund. Canceling appointment within 72 hours of your appointment will result in a full charge of deposit. Rescheduling an appointment must be made at least 72 hours prior to your appointment to ensure the transfer of your deposit to new appointment. Please contact me 72 hours prior if you need help rescheduling. In respect of other clients, please be on time to your appointment. Appointments will finish on time and no delays will be made. Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled at least 72 hours before the appointment time to avoid deposit charge. Please note all no shows will lose deposit. All services and products are final sale. If you are dissatisfied with a service you received, I am more than happy to provide you with the opportunity to return to salon for me to redo the service, as long you schedule the redo within 7 days of the original service date.
